Couscous made with superior quality pre-cooked durum wheat semolina. It can be taken both cold in salads such as tabbouleh or hot accompanied by vegetables, chickpeas, etc. Use: Put approximately 60 g of cous cous per serving in a container. Add equal volume of hot water, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Break up the cous cous with the help of a fork. If you prefer, you can lightly toast the couscous first. Conservation: Store in a cool and dry place.
