Use:
Recommended daily intake for adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 to 3 level tablespoons (10-15 g) daily, preferably in the morning. Do not exceed 5 to 6 tablespoons daily.
Children 3-7 years, take 1 dessert spoon (5 g) daily. Children 8-12 years, increase the amount to 2 dessert spoons (10 g) daily.
It can be dissolved in any hot or cold liquid (water, juices, milk, etc.) and also in semi-solids (yogurt, purees, porridge, etc.).
