Human Biota contains more than 42 billion CFU's, with 12 beneficial strains of human origin along with complementary prebiotics of natural origin F.O.S (chicory) and A.O.S (larch). Instructions for use:
1 capsule per day. If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least 2-3 hours before or after.
