Easily absorbed and with a satiny effect on the skin, its scent evokes the fruits of autumn. It serves as a base ingredient in aromatherapy preparations or as a tonic for dull or blemished skin. Applied with a massage, it tones the body and promotes the rapid action of other essential oils it can be used with.

As a culinary ingredient, its exquisite hazelnut flavor is highly appreciated as a garnish for some desserts and diet dishes.

Dosage:

- 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.

- Massage (oil): Hazelnut essential oil is perfect for full-body massages. To create a customized body massage oil, use a maximum of 8 drops of the desired essential oil per 10 ml of hazelnut essential oil.
